A very clear urethane with high rebound and a soft ride combine to make these transportation oriented wheels perfect for a commuter, backpack, or cruiser skateboard.  They are great looking, and are smooth riding and long rolling.  A great wheel for beginning skaters or campus cruisers. Not intended for performance downhill riding.
