Chocolate Skateboards

Chocolate Skateboards was founded in 1994, as a sister company to Girl Skateboards. Rick Howard and Mike Carrol, who co-founded both Chocolate and Girl, and after instant success with Girl, were running out of space for riders they wanted to sponsor on the Girl Skateboards team, hence the creation of Chocolate. Spike Jonze and Megan Baltimore were two people also involved from the very start, helping Rick and Mike with the creative direction of the brand.
